The National MS Society is working toward a world free of MS. People affected by MS can live their best lives as we stop MS in its tracks, restore what has been lost and end MS forever.

Finding answers and making sound decisions relies on having the right information at the right time. That's what the National MS Society provides - answers to your questions and access to information about all of the options available to you. Our MS Navigators are highly-skilled professionals - equipped to respond to your needs. Whether you are a person with MS, a family member, or concerned about someone with MS, the National MS Society is your partner - helping you find the information and resources you need.

When one woman – Sylvia Lawry – took action to seek help for her brother, the National MS Society was founded. Since then, volunteers have fueled our mission, including our volunteer Board of Directors and local Trustees around the country, volunteers who lead self-help groups and support others living with MS, volunteers at fundraising events including Bike MS and Walk MS, donors, fundraisers, healthcare professionals, scientific researchers, and more. visit here for additional information: https://www.nationalmssociety.org/Get-Involved/Volunteer/Volunteer-Information

What is a breakthrough?
It’s being able to button your shirt in the morning. It’s walking to the supermarket, and all the way back home. It’s getting back up on that bike, that surfboard, that horse. It’s having the first dance at your daughter’s wedding. Feeling strong enough to fall in love. Continuing the job you were made for.
It’s knowing that you and your loved ones will never worry about MS again – ever. We’re not satisfied until we break through MS for every person living with this disease.
